As we all know, we are in difficult times, and COVID-19 is affecting us all. We at Walls by Design need to do our best to follow the mandates handed down by Governor Polis as well as the individual city municipalities. As of right now, we are on a shut down in the city of Denver until April 30, 2020, and a shutdown in the rest of the Denver area until April 26, 2020. If these dates change, we will update our schedule. Due to these dates, we are currently planning to resume our scheduled work on April 27, 2020 and will be working through our backlog of work in accordance to the original dates and order in which each project was originally scheduled.

In the event a homeowner needs to cancel their work, we need to inform you that our terms do not allow for a refund of a project deposit. Due to the nature of the wide reaching disaster, we are allowing a refund of 50% of the original deposit amount. If however, you need to push back your project, as long as you give us at least the five business days’ notice, there is no rescheduling fee.
